1. No Refund Policy
TOUDDER operates under a strict no refund policy for all subscription payments. This includes:
- No refunds for monthly or yearly subscriptions
- No refunds for unused days within a billing cycle
- No refunds due to change of mind or dissatisfaction
- No refunds for accidental or mistaken payments
Once a payment is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.


2. Reasons for No Refunds
As a digital SaaS platform, TOUDDER provides immediate access to premium tools upon subscription activation.
Because digital services cannot be returned or “un-used,” subscription charges are treated as fully consumed at the time of payment.


3. Free Plan for Evaluation
TOUDDER provides a Free Plan that allows users to explore the platform before subscribing.
Users are encouraged to test functionality and ensure TOUDDER meets their needs prior to purchasing any paid plan.


4. Cancellation of Subscription
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Important notes:
- Cancellation stops future automatic renewals
- You can continue using paid features until the end of the current billing period
- Cancelling does NOT result in any refund for the remaining days
- After expiry, your account will downgrade to the Free Plan


5. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.
TOUDDER is not responsible for charges caused by users forgetting to cancel their subscription.


6. Failed or Reversed Payments
If a subscription payment fails or is reversed by your bank:
- Your access to premium features may be paused
- Your account may be temporarily downgraded
You may update your payment method anytime to restore full access.


7. Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged twice for the same billing period:
- TOUDDER may review the payment internally
- A correction or credit may be issued for duplicate charges only
This process does not constitute a refund — it is a billing adjustment.


8. Third-Party Payment Gateways
Payments are handled by third-party processors. TOUDDER is not responsible for:
- Bank delays
- Gateway failures
- Service interruptions
- Refund decisions made by a bank or payment processor
Users must contact their payment provider for such issues.


9. Pricing Changes
TOUDDER may revise subscription pricing at any time.
Active subscribers will be notified in advance, and continued usage constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.


10. Changes to This Policy
